  1. 2200-series - Service Dates

    With the arrival of the #5000's, around the end of 2011, we will start retiring #2200's. Here is a list of their service dates and retirement dates so far. I am missing a few dates mainly with retired cars service dates. If anyone can add to the list it is greatly appreciated. Here is a list of dates in service and retirement dates for the #2200's. All cars scrapped by Belson Steel Center Scrap were processed at their Chicago Heights Processing facility unless otherwise mentioned.
