Well from what I've seen in the boneyard only 4 recently active FG 6400s haven't returned back to FG. Two out of the four I saw visibly were used to fill runs while the other two are still getting work done on them. The only 6400s left are the ones only on fence. Kind of surprising seeing they picked up so many artics. Maybe they have the problem of operators not being artic qualified or there are some who don't want to drive them.
