CTA Train ad wraps

Has CTA ever used wraps designed to get expressway drivers out of their cars and onto the 'L' ?

There was a banner ad back in 2005 on some railcars as part of a campaign encouraging the public to support public transit such as the CTA, with the implication that traffic would be much worse without the L. This is the closest I can find.

Thanks! I forgot about that one.

This is a long shot, but does anyone have pictures of the Chapstick wraps applied to some 2600s in the early 2010s? They were full body ad-wraps decorated to look like Chapstick tubes.
