MCTS Routes change of 11 14 19 20 & 31

MCTS reranged the Routes such as Route 11 14 19 20 & 31

Route 11 replaces RT 14 & 19 on Holton Street to Richards & Capitol and Greenfield Avenue to Miller Park Way & Lincoln and It's still remains on Howell Avenue to Layton & Pine.

Route 14 replaces RT 20 on S. 16th and Wisconsin Avenue to Downtown Transit Center and It's still serves Southridge Mall and 92nd & Howard from Downtown.

(14 Forest Home/Howard)

Route 19 replaces RT 20 on S. 16th & S. 20th Street (as the 20th Street Branch) .from 11th & Mitchell, Forest Home, S. 16th, Windlake, S. 20th, Wood Avenue, 19th Street, Salem, 20th Street, College Avenue, 13th Street, to Zellman Court as normally, it remains on 13th Street as right now.

Route 31 replaces RT 11 on Vliet Street from 60th Street to Highland Boulevard

Route 31 should kept straight on Vliet Street until it get to 12th Street.
