They all seem really feasible but I'm sure they aren't. Also here you can put your ideas and stuff. Here's some of my ideas: Subway/'l' on belmont between kimball and cumberland (or wherever there's yard space) Busway or LRT or maybe plain l line on the old tracks adjacent to 49th in Back of the yards Metra tunnel downtown connecting Union/oglivie/lasalle with the IC Giving the Davis metra station some TLC a pace tram in one of the Satellite cities CTA TROLLEYBUSES maybe like a pace lrt line in one of the satellite cities Do any of these ideas make sense and would be feasible (and popular)?
