Peter Posted March 8, 2007 Report Share Posted March 8, 2007 I think this forum would be a perfect place to post commendations of CTA bus and train operators and other staff who have done something special for a customer, who have gone above and beyond the call in some large or small way. I suggest that this be a separate discussion, possibly as the last discussion group within the first group of discussions (just after "CTA Rail"). I have two previous ones lined up that I'd like to post. With enough activity, it could become a place where CTA staff will come to look for their well-deserved recognition. Personally, when I identify an outstanding bus driver, I note down their number and what they did, and I sometimes write a letter to the CTA using their number. In the past I have also offered to take them to dinner at my expense as a perk, but (not surprisingly) the CTA has apparently never forwarded my offer to the operators. --Peter Zelchenko Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
