Last Monday, I go to Harold Washington Library Center (HWLC) after going pass by one of Street Street Subway exits. I see the locomotive train exhibit, "Loop Express." Check out my cool photos I took. What do you think of Loop Express exhibit on top of State Street Subway exit when you catching Red Line trains?
