jajuan
There's another little transit headache to deal with on the Blue Line. The Western stop on the Forest Park branch is closed right now. ABC7 News reported that a person was struck and killed by a train this morning at that station. The CTA stop service at the station so investigations can be started into what happened to cause the person to be struck. The station remains closed at this hour as the Chicago Police continues its investigation into what happened. Trains are running but bypassing the stop and shuttle buses are running between the Medical District and Kedzie-Homan stops for passengers who want to get off or on at Western station.
