trainman8119 Posted June 12, 2006 Report Share Posted June 12, 2006 For those who are interested, in today's Daily Herald (Cap'n Don) , there is a story on the man we refer to as Cap'n Don, Don Nelson. Don is the voice of Metra on those silly Geo Focus announcements. There is a pic, if you wondered what he looks like, and the opportunity to play some of the tracks. Yes, this is the same person you may hear on the Loop and at one time did Shadow Traffic reports (which is why we gave him the name Cap'n Don).
