misterb Posted December 31, 2017 Report Share Posted December 31, 2017 I've been looking up articles about CTA employees who were killed on duty from the 1980's through today. I noticed that quite a few are signal and track inspectors and often the trains that hit them were going at high speed. I also noticed that flagmen are not assigned to them as per policy.
