Busjack
The topic might have come up in the Zero Hour thread about CTA employees' right to strike, and I might have mentioned then that what Huberman said on the TV was not correct. Anyway, in my real work (and like Dorval Carter, I am not a bus driver), I came across this subsequent court opinion, which lays out CTA's case, and how it doesn't stand up. Anyone who wants to play labor lawyer can have fun with it. BTW, the opinion also cites a case involving my old fraternity, which 35 years after I suggested it, tried to get a tax exemption. Too bad, it didn't work.
