Busjack Posted July 7, 2009 Report Share Posted July 7, 2009 The proper question (since CTA issued the contract) is whether the contract was contingent on funding or the notice to proceed will be held up until there is funding. The answer to that probably depends on whether CTA got the money it was promised from the state mini-capital bill. No announcement of that or of the order itself has been made yet. One would suppose (from the treatment of the originally secret option for 58) that such an announcement would be made when the CTA is ready to make it.
