Bus Sighting - Appleton Transit 40ft Orion VIIs

Hi All;

A few days ago I saw two blue Appleton Transit Orion VIIs on Cermak Road at Michigan Avenue westbound. Nice looking buses.

Anyone have an idea why they would be in Chicago?

Could the buses be in transit to Appleton from the mfr?

I have seen a few SEPTA New Flyers on the Dan Ryan heading toward Philly in recent years.
