Mainly minor scheduling adjustments--by up to a few minutes on selected trips--to "improve" on-time performance. These small tweaks to the schedule are almost never announced by the CTA. I am sure you know as well as me the only time they do a customer alert is when they improve service even (if its an extra minute added) to make them look good.
