I was recently looking at some old bus pictures posted by Mel Bernero. I dont wanna repost them on here because they are not mine. But one thing struck me as odd, it showed the bus with two different paint schemes. It seems like many of these buses had odd paint jobs. There were many that appear to be "one of a kind". I dont go back that far. Was wondering if some members on the forum could tell me more about this> Thanks !!smile.gif

If you are talking about the solid green livery versus the then altered cream colored livery around the windows the buses were originally received in the green livery in Dec 1962 - Feb 1963. After complaints that the buses were not visible at night, the cream color was added to the buses. This I believe started late 60's/early 70's as most pictures from the 70's on up has the change made to it. But there is evidence of one bus that was never changed or was changed back to the original livery formerly at the CHBM. That would be #375.
