Is this going to be a regular or temp? 210 has been allocated to UP since the end of January. In December 185 was on UP-W for a couple of weeks. This maybe related to UP F40PH-2 going for rebuild to F40PH-3 and possibly a longer term relocation of locos once the rebuilds are over.
