Busjack Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 On CTA (or at least the CTA Tattler), the question would be whether the puppy or a human passenger would be the first to excrete on the train. Also, since the puppy exited with a couple of other passengers (and seemed to be smelling one's butt just before that), was there any indication that someone let the puppy on intentionally, and the puppy was just bored?
