Overcrowded Buses

I take it that Customer Service hasn't followed up on their autotext response to you, either.

I didn't write to Customer Service on this one... just talked to the Forest Glen Supervisor.

The Bus Service is a little staggered, though... looking at the tracker right now @ 11:15a, this is the breakdown of two CTA Bus Routes out of Forest Glen... the 80 and 152:

80:

6749(WB), 6773(EB), 6778(WB), 1240(EB), 6752(WB), 6785(EB), 1244(WB), 6576(EB), 6794(WB), 1234(EB), 6810(WB), 6585(EB), 6728(WB), 1231(EB)-14 Buses Total

152:

6736(EB), 6734(WB), 1237(EB), 6806(EB), 6750(WB), 1262(EB), 1228(WB), 1257(WB)-8 Buses Total

I'm not sure if this is a typical assignment for a Regular Schedule day, but Irving Park has 6 more buses than Addison, which gets crammed during Lane Tech and Gordon Tech's dismissals. Why can't 2-3 buses from Irving Park short run on Addison to say Kedzie, Pulaski or Cicero, then turn back into Irving Park Buses? It would ease the overcrowding during the 2:30p-4p afternoon rush(and I know they do something similar in the early morning with FG Equipment, as I've seen NOVA LFS and New Flyer D40LF's jammed with kids heading West between 7a-8:30a with some marked to Kedzie only.
