Guest ctafan630
With Stage 4 of the Wacker Drive project the CTA has rerouted a number of buses around Union Station due to the closing of Jackson. The buses now stop at Canal and Adams, down Monroe and back to their normal routes. The CTA has removed the stops from bustracker that are no longer in service but has failed to add the stops that were added. Who is responsible for adding the new stops to bustracker? I could see if these reroutes were temporary (lasting a week or so) but these re-routes will be going on for 6 months. The bus stop at Canal and Adams shows the arrival times for the next bus but none of the rerouted bus show up.

I text CTABus17077 which is.the code on the bus stop and it comes back the code doesn't exist. I checked my text history and not only does the code exist, I got a scheduled time on the exact same code for the exact same bus stop. What gives?
