I will deal with work bus retirements later as there are so many. The buses loaned to Chicago Fire Dept for the most part remained in CTA colors until scrapped, but at least one of the 3207's and one of the Macks did get red/black colors, but which ones has never been verified. Vast majority of these buses were sold off to scrappers, but that info has been lost. A few specifically marked "scr" were apparently burned at South Shops until the practice was discontinued in the 1950's.CMCRETS.txt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
