Cicero/Skokie Blvd •210: Lincoln Avenue •215: Crawford/Hoaward •225: Central/Howard •226: Oakton Street The 54A is going be discounted, and replaced Pace with its new route #641. It will operate between the Skokie Courthouse and Jefferson Park Blue Line, running along the same route as the former 54A between the Courthouse and Cicero/Touhy. The bus will run nonstop express between Cicero/Touhy the Jefferson Park Terminal via Milwaukee, Foster, I-90, and Cicero. Unlikely the 54A that currently only runs on the rush hour periods, this bus will run during the midday as well. 210 is simply be discontinued due to low ridership. 215 will be terminating at Jefferson Park instead of Howard Station, no longer running on Howard St between Crawford and Paulina (CTA Terminal). New service will added on Crawford-Pulaski between Howard and Peterson (giving new connections for Pace #290 and CTA #53), then at Peterson continue to Jefferson Park via Peterson, Cicero, Foster, and Milwaukee. Plus buses will not run on Golf Rd north of Church/Crawford, but will be running via Church, Skokie Blvd, Golf, Old Orchard Mall. 225 will begin running in both directions during running hours and have midday service. The route will also be rerouted from Niles Center Rd between Touhy and Fargo, serving via Touhy, Central to Howard to better directly serve Village Crossing and other nearby shopping centers. 226 will begin running to Howard St CTA Station, no longer Jefferson Park. It’s routing will be altered east of Oakton/Lincoln running to the Howard Terminal via Oakton, Crawford, Howard. Basically it’ll be taking 215’s old route between the Howard Terminal and Oakton/Crawford. Routing west of Oakton/Lincoln will remain unchanged. Service hours will extended to run daily, and given later hours.
