trainman8119 Posted August 6, 2006 Report Share Posted August 6, 2006 There is a big time slow zone on the Blue Line between Jeff Park and at least the Nagle curve..in both directions. I have watched over the last week going by on the UP NW line and have seen many outbound trains come to a complete stop around Foster/Central area, and then watched as those and others (that don't stop) move at about 6-10 mph. I have also noticed some inbound trains moving slow, but have not seen any stop. Wonder if this might be some backlash on the poor track conditions in the subway...ie. stepped up inspections found some serious problems out there !!!!!!!
