Hopefully some of the forum's users can help me fill in the rest. If anything is incorrect or missing, please go ahead and add/correct it. If not, or if you are expecting others to do it, it won't be worth much. I took a quick look at the spreadsheet, and it is essentially copied from pacebus.com, which would be the primary and up to date source. Thus, it does not seem to add anything of value.
