I happened to come across an article in the NW Indiana Times about how the feds are ready to shut off money to Gary's bus system, because it didn't properly apply capital grants. BTW, I thought that the Northwest Indiana Regional Planning Agency owned Gary's buses, but apparently not the ones at issue.
