Guest Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 I was just looking on RMTDs website and there will be a new transit system which will link Rockfords RMTD and Beloit Transit System. It will be called Stateline Mass Transit District (SMTD). This new service will link Roscoe, Rockton, and Beloit Wis. in Feb 2008.
