Can any one tell me if their was a bus streetcar or trolly line that would run from say Archer Ave to 65th Street along Central Ave along Midway Airport? I have had family frends and people in general ask this question, i mean their are bus routes on 55th street and on Cicero Ave and on 63rd Street but nothing on Central Ave . Was their some thing or was something "in the works" but never happened? Thank you for your help on this matter :D Quote

It would not have been a streetcar, because in that era and in that area, the only routes were of an interurban character (Argo, Archer to Joliet). At one time, the 47 bus might have run in that area, but north of Archer. Quote
