Because some of the runs pullout from the garage and operate from Archer to 79th as a short turn express and then head north or they run an X to 79th and then turnaround northbound as a local 49 (ie "interline") Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
tonytavell Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 when the 349 enters the terminal then turnaround in the layover spot, it puts the bus in reverse then the driver applies the brake and then it idles, but the question is why does it constantly put the bus in reverse,CTA drivers don't do that. The current south terminal at Evergreen Plaza serves well enough. There doesn't appear to be a need for such a trivial change as going to 87th/Damen.
