New cameras are going in. On the Brown line at least.

Car 3292 had these new cameras. I checked a few other cars when I got off and they had cameras too. If they have the same specs as the website lists and they're not a special order then the recordings are saved on a flash card inside the camera housing. There's no central recorder and no activation button.

Looks like these cameras are now being installed on the Red Line. Looks like at least 3 cameras are being installed per car. I saw the cameras in 2845-2846.

#2655-56 had the cameras on the Red line at least two weeks ago. They also are putting additional signs up saying not to gamble, I believe one of them was not to talk loudly on your phone, and the usual like not smoking among other things.
