And I think you owe several of us apologies regarding the manner in which you asserted otherwise. Second Response.....I read the 3200 Rehabs thread...there is nothing in that thread that details how the CTA managed the necessary software updates on the 5000 series railcars to enable LED rollsigns for Ashland/63 in "red", Roosevelt in "red", or Roosevelt in "green." We've known that not all CTA personnel were satisfied with the current LED signs on the 5000 rail cars and perhaps the new bids includes features that overcome those original shortfalls. Why do you get so personal by naming names without knowing who wrote the specifications. And I don't know of any forum regulations granting you power to demand apologies.
