Orions?

Around the forums, I heard someone say "All 10 Orions are still in service so far." I thought there were 13, or is it because there are 2 already out of service. Is there something im missing?

Far as I know, all 13 are, but as the roster says 'some individual numbers may be retired'.  Why is hard to answer, though given the age it's pretty academic(tired engine, tranny, etc...), or something sudden that requires too much repair time and money(engine fire, major accident).
