jesi2282
Every weekday morning between 7:30am and 8:30am two "Not In Service" buses go west down Augusta. Does anyone know where these buses are going? * On Friday I saw 803 with its sign saying: 66 CHICAGO TO (flip) FAIRBANKS

They are probably using Augusta so that nobody can complain about them not stopping on Chicago headed west. They might also be coming from the garage using the back door approach, but my guess from the time of day is that they are probably deadhead interlines. rmadisonwi
If they are the runs I'm looking at (run 558, not 508), they're going to Western Avenue to start a short-turn trip eastbound.
