Every weekday morning between 7:30am and 8:30am two "Not In Service" buses go west down Augusta. Does anyone know where these buses are going?

* On Friday I saw 803 with its sign saying: 66 CHICAGO TO (flip) FAIRBANKS

Without knowing where on Augusta you are seeing these, my bet is that they are interlines using a back door to go west to Chicago and Mayfield to do eastbound trips to Navy Pier. They are probably using Augusta so that nobody can complain about them not stopping on Chicago headed west. They might also be coming from the garage using the back door approach, but my guess from the time of day is that they are probably deadhead interlines.
