BusHunter
Been seeing a few strange looking New Flyer buses from 77th. These buses have interior lighting that is tinted like an electric blue. They remind me of the lights you see on Lexus and Mercedes car headlights. The first one I saw was #1272 then I saw #1276 with this.
OSUITS
Buses are starting to roll of the line with optional LED lighting replacing florescent tubes. The LEDs have a slight blue tint to them. No doubt in an operation as large as CTA that they have made a change to the order. http://www.luminatorusa.com/lumroot/b_quantum.html

Once the doors open, the lights operate in a normal florescent manner (not sure if what you are seeing operates like that though).
