8-car on Pink Line

This past Saturday night about 10pm, I've caught a Pink Line from Adams/Wabash, it was an 8-car (4- pink and other 4 from Blue Line. Very unusual for 8 car on Pink Line, especially on the weekends. That time, the Brown/ Orange Lines was operating 4 cars, Green Line was operating 6 cars.

But anyways, did anyone else seen this 8-cars operated Pink Line that night?

I always thought the Pink were 6 car trains. But then again the stations that the Pink serves are equipped to handle 8 car trains anyway so I guess its not impossible to see this. What is weird is seeing 3200s on the Green Line.

The Blue Line trains that go from O'Hare to 54th are 8 car trains, and use the same tracks as the Pink Line. Otherwise, the Pink Line is usually 4 car trains.

Pink Line - 4 cars weekdays, 2 cars weekends/late evenings

And, no, it's not weird seeng 3200s on the Green Line anymore. Two or three trains of 3200s are on the Green Line every weekday.
