Stopping Patterns of the 23 and 38

Two questions-

1) Was the 38 a limited-stop service south of 35th, or did it make all local stops south of 35th?

2) For those of you who took it, does this stopping pattern for the 23 seem right(?):

All local stops to Halsted

Randolph/Halsted

Randolph/Morgan

Randolph/Racine

Washington/Ashland

Washington/Damen

Washington/Western

Washington/California

Washington/Kedzie

Washington/Homan

Washington/Central Park

Washington/Pulaski

Washington/Kostner

Washington/Cicero

Washington/Laramie

Washington/Central

Washington/Austin

Austin/South Blvd

Lake/Ridgeland

Lake/Oak Park

South Blvd/Forest

Yes that pretty much looks like what I remember of the 23 when I was taking it to go to class. The only correction I see to be made is that there were no stops at Morgan or Kostner because there were no Green line stops at those streets. And if I'm not mistaken the same goes for Damen. The only reason there was a stop a Western is because the CTA had proposed putting a stop at Western at the reopening of the Green line, but of course that didn't happen. Just like the extension of the Jackson Park extension to Stony Island didn't happen. The CTA actually shortened it and cut off that branch at 63rd/Cottage Grove. Also the Homan (replaced with Central Park/Conservatory station a few years after the Green line reopened) and Halsted stations on Lake disappeared when the line reopened. And as for the 38 it was all local downtown stops to Roosevelt/Michigan. South of that it was nonstop to 35th and then limited stops (about every four blocks) the rest of the route, basically stopping at streets where there were Green line stations as of 1994.
