All parties (Blago, Madigan, and Jones) are to blame.The RTA is a perpetual mendicant.So, a curse on all houses. As indicated, it apparently is full steam ahead on the free rides for the disabled on mainline routes, without any means of paying for it either. At least your predictive abilities paid off this time. Im just glad my vote didnt go his way! I never liked Blago, he is a sellout. I knew this Senior ride Free program was going to backfire. Even if there is a changing of the guard (and it takes an indictment to do it), entitlements are never taken back. Especially not since seniors vote. Of course, there rarely is a changing of the guard, even if the names change, because of such things here as the "combine" (equal opportunity for graft by Democrats and Republicans).
