rmadisonwi
do you mean a DE60LF bus becasue cta dosen't have DE61LF CTA has both DE41LFs (800 series) and DE61LFs (4000 series). They're not publicly advertised as such, but if you look at a New Flyer drawing of the buses, that's what you'll see.
Busjack
As far as a photo, if you watch the Tribune Tower cam on the WGN-TV news, I'm sure eventually one will pass under it.
Guest
As far as a photo, if you watch the Tribune Tower cam on the WGN-TV news, I'm sure eventually one will pass under it. Best location would be the Border's Book store at Michigan and Delaware. If you go up to the second floor cafe area you can look right outside the windows down to Michigan Ave. and youll get a nice close up of the bus roof because the bus stops right underneath the windows. Thats how I noticed the old MAN Seattle Artic numbers.
Kevin
It's not the best photo or angle, but I was able to capture this tonight. Hope it helps.
Jon
I live right on La Salle and Maple, if you can hold on 'till Monday I can snap a few pictures when they stop at the corner.
Jon
I don't know that I'd say it's any better than Kevin's shot, but it's a little more direct and closer. The lights didn't work in my favour, I had to make due with a moving bus.
