22 Clark to Harrison

Today, I saw 192x (can't remember the last digit) going SB on Clark, and the destination sign read CLARK TO HARRISON instead of CLARK TO POLK. The next 3 buses going south had blank signs. A little later I saw 2 more in a row with blanks signs followed by a 3rd with the CLARK TO HARRISON reading.

Any idea what's going on? Bustracker still shows them going to Polk before turning east back to Dearborn.

I've also been seeing the NF's on Lincoln now displaying 11 LINCOLN [flip] TO [flip] HOWARD/McCORMICK

I also noticed this today on 1773. I have a a paper CTA guide in front of me and it says it terminates at Harrison...

Perhaps the signs on the 11 are for the weekend trips that start and end at North/Clark. In that situation the sign wouldn't technically be inaccurate despite the route being named 'Lincoln/Sedgwick' regardless. Which opens up the can of worms of the weekday 145 short runs having some form of a flip showing Wilson/Mich Exp despite not operating on Wilson during those trips.

I noticed alot of blank 22 buses today. The 22 ends at Harrison then goes to Polk on it's return trip north if it has one. Some dest. sign changes are happening to make things more clear I think. The 11 used to say Howard/Ked, when it actualy ended at Howard/McCormick. I also noticed the 155 says Devon to Ash and Morse. Used to say Devon to Morse Red L.

I made a bit of mistake. The Signs still read LINCOLN/SEDGWICK not just LINCOLN. I spotted the new destinations during the week.

If they still go to Polk, why change the sign to say they only go to Harrison though? That makes it less clear not more.

The 155 signs used to say to ASH/MORSE a long time ago too.

The reason the signs read say HARRISON is because we now layover at Clark and Harrison SB before heading to Polk to turn around for the northbound trip. Before the 22s used to layover a quarter of a block from the intersection of Clark and Polk, but due to recent development and parking in the area...that is no longer the case.
