jesi2282
Has anyone noticed that a lot of Blue Line trains coming from O'Hare have been displaying Pink "Loop" signs?, today I was near Bryn Mawr/Syre and every train coming from O'Hare had a Pink "Loop" sign displayed. nflyer22
The trains are used to signify that they aren't necessarily going to Forest Park, since they are just going to end at Clark/Lake due to the slow-zone removal project. After all, they don't have a blue "Loop" sign to use, though it would be confusing for certain tourists who have never been to Chicago coming from O'Hare wondering if they somehow got onto a Pink Line train. trainman8119
When they were working on the west leg on the Kennedy, many trains were using green "Harlem" signs when that is as far as they were going. Just a matter of using what they had available.
pudgym29
Blue Line trains have a "Jefferson Park" aspect as well, which I have glimpsed sporadically, particularly during the O'Hare track renewal. I think there must be a specific setting for that even on the 2200s. I want to scribe that the classification lights are green and amber.
