$1.4 Billion, or $200 Million. Still a lot of money that should be used for day to day before any expansion. In either case...who is going to pay for it ??? It's money that is not there and doesn't appear that it will be for anytime in the next 50 years (at this rate) !! But I guess one could dream about it.
