Ashland Subway?

I noticed this on a thread somewhere on this forum, but I cannot locate it now.  But what trains would be using this new subway and is it a Downtown Subway or a South Side Subway?

I think it is a Downtown Subway they are going to plan on Ashland Avenue with the future "Circle Line" but I don't think there will be a South Side Subway. If there was, what are the Destinations?

I posted a link to the map in the thread right below this one. The subway would run under Ashland from Lake Street to North Avenue and under North Avenue to the existing subway at Clybourn; stops would be located at Ashland/Lake (transfer to Green Line & Metra), Chicago, Division (transfer to Blue Line), North/Elston (transfer to Metra), North/Clybourn (transfer to Red, Purple, Brown, & Orange Lines).

The map doesn't really clarify what "L" Lines would use the Ashland Subway, though.  It talks about linking the Red and Brown Lines with the rest of the system, so are these two lines going to use said Subway?

Yes, it does; the "Circle Line" (the heavy yellow line running through the Ashland subway on the map and labeled "Circle Line" on the legend) would use it.
