This I don't understand... I can see stealing something which you can take anywhere, like a bus(although I am in no way condoning stealing anything!), but you are limited to where you can take a train. I was thinking about The Taking of Pelham 123, but it wasn't clear to me if this was an electric train, or if there would have been time to turn off the power at the substation. I hate to speculate, but I wonder if she accidentally started the train while cleaning the cab. The story mentioned she worked for the company that cleaned trains.
