At least it indicated that it was $171 million of CTA money down the hole (both literally and figuratively), as well as an estimated $150 million to finish it. I wonder if Carole Brown can now justify her view then that even though she was iffy on the Airport Express, it paid to have the hole there since there wasn't a building then over it, and it would have provided a connection between the Red and Blue lines.
