I will have my chicago card with me I will not have any camara or recorder with me. So there so be no problem with them getting hyped up on that. SE CTA Fan Posted June 18, 2013 Report Share Posted June 18, 2013 If you don't want to leave the platform, Cark and Lake, on the west end of the platforms, is also a good spot to watch. But, as mentioned previously, the parking garage is a good spot to see. I took the below during the lunch break on this year's IRM Snowflake Special. It was a Sunday, and about 30 minutes worth of trains. I didn't get hassled on a Sunday and the place was empty of cars.
