MRChiCity
Found this on the city of Evanstons website from when the purple line was shut down for the weekend during the summer of 2012. http://www.cityofevanston.org/news/assets/Purple%20Line%20Shuttle%20Routes1.pdf Very neat stuff, so this would be the kind of map that a operator would use when learning a route? Appears that way, as passengers in Evanston wouldn't care about pull in and pull out south of Howard, Also, surprising that Chicago was doing some of this. jajuan
Yeah it is a surprise about Chicago having helped out with this a few years ago. One would have thought that it would have been buses from North Park and Forest Glen doing this from a logical standpoint in looking at how the CTA routes serving Evanston now being split between those two, 97 and 201 assigned to NP and 205 and 206 assigned to FG. That's one heck of a deadhead from Chicago Garage located at Pulaski/Erie to get up to Howard.
MRChiCity
Not to mention the possibility of a lost operator.
Busjack
Not to mention the possibility of a lost operator. They gave them a map. It can't be that hard to figure out Pulaski to Howard. On the other hand, I'm surprised that the gps doesn't have navigation.
