Pace831
I don’t believe this has been mentioned on here yet. To make a long story short, the Indiana Transportation Museum was evicted last month from its longtime home in Noblesville. Much of the equipment was unable to be moved and was scrapped on site. Below is the status of CTA equipment there, as reported by this blogger: 4257 Scrapped. 4293 Moved to Michigan City, IN. 4388 Scrapped. 4454 Scrapped. S354 (4381) Scrapped. S355 (4315) Scrapped. S369 (4390) Scrapped. S606 (former North Shore 606) Moved to Murphysboro, IL.
Busjack
Apparently, nobody had much use for Cincinnati cars, CTA's and others, although CTA has preserved some in its own collection.
