sw4400 Posted July 6, 2007 Report Posted July 6, 2007 do you Guys have a CTA Flxible Metro-B Sounds so i could heir it! First off, I wish to point out something off topic here.... "Heir" is "hear". Secondly, what is a Metro-B? We have Metros, but we have two types here in Chicago. The 5300's(1990-1991) and the 6000's(1994-1995). Which series are you referring to? They both have different series engines & powertrains, and sound different. Let us know which you are talking about, and we'll see if we can help you find out what the bus type you are referring to sounds like. Quote

The Metro-Bs are the 5300 series Fixibles, while the Metro-Ds (or Es, can't remember) are the 6000 series Fixibles. Quote

sw4400 Posted July 7, 2007 Report Posted July 7, 2007 The 5300's of 1990-1991 Models series the Sound i need is the 6v92 Unfortunately, there is none on the internet of a CTA Flxible Metro. But, I have found one that sounds just like our 5300-Series. It's a 1988 MCI clip with a 6v92 engine paired with a Allison V731 ATEC Transmission. It sounds just like our Flxibles from that series. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhcSkwcawug Quote
qwantae Posted July 23, 2007 Report Posted July 23, 2007 1991 5300s Flxible sounds nealy just like those Old Flyers (1600/ 9900s) that CTA used to have but sadly retired them 6 years ago for 2001 Nova LFS. Quote
