This is the same link from the previous post here... but doesn't the Flyer sound anything like #9844 pre-Detroit Engine? The video poster says this bus has a Cummins VTB-903 Engine. While I personally can't remember this unique Flyer Engine you speak of, as I was too young to discern Engine types then, I figured this would sound a little bit like #9844.

I just recieved my copy in the mail of Iconographix Western Flyer/Flyer buses. If you havent got a copy yet its worth getting. Good pics!, CTA Flyer and New Flyers are pictured. Some color shots, excellent book for the Flyer fanatic!
