sw4400 Posted September 23, 2005 Report Share Posted September 23, 2005 I've noticed on a lot of the 4400's that the hydraulic lifts sometimes give drivers trouble after getting them out for use. What do they do if the lift should start working and quit suddenly in the middle of deployment/use? And what happens if a wheelchair-bound person is on board at the time? MetroShadow Posted September 23, 2005 Report Share Posted September 23, 2005 I've only seen it happen on the 5300's, and in that case of the machine being stuck, they'd either force it to work, or would call it in to the garage and the bus would wait.
