BusExpert32 Posted February 1, 2009 Report Posted February 1, 2009 could Archer get the last order of new flyers ? (2000 Series) In my opinion, no. I know no one will agree with me on this, but I believe that rest of he 50 or so 1000s and 80 or so 4000s will replace a good chunk of the NABI 7500s. The final 58 buses (supposedly for BRT, but could end up as 4150-4207 and not for BRT) would finish it off. Quote

I'll just say given the change at the top, who knows what decisions will come next with the CTA. At this point, anything is possible moreso now than when Huberman was still in charge. Quote
trey824 Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Chicago's got up to 1087 since I've seen it do #20 on the BusTracker a couple of days ago (I think it was Thursday). correction for 74ths new flyers- 1082-1161 1725 -1760 kedzie gave 74th 1725-1729 due to kedzie recieving the 4000s and 74th having it bus shortage which has been around since late 2005 Quote
