Anyone know details? What happened, did Uncle Phil go soft on his riding public or was the threat of legislative action too much to handle? Quote

According to the Tribune and the Daily Herald, megabucks are being spent to update the web site and also take credit cards. The target date for the cards is February. Uncle Phil is blaming himself...but since he is leaving soon, I am sure he could care less. My guess is that the board got nervous. Quote
